Manila sky

Photobucket

Here's the clock tower of the Manila City Hall. Every 15 minutes and every hour it chimes thrice and plays a melody. Two people check the clock to make sure it is in good working condition all the time. "If you can't run the clocks, how can you run a city effectively?" the city hall administrator said. Good point, I must say. Now as to what kind of melody and if anybody actually hears it, I couldn't be sure.

Gosh, I've never heard it either. Now I'm intrigued.

Looks like they repainted it quite recently. Those gray details used to be white, if I remember correctly.
